Add 1 scoop of 10g (scoop included in package) Chia seeds into 300ml water/milk/juice or any beverage, stir and letstand for 5 minutes until become gel, stir again and ready for consumption. Alternatively, you may add to breakfast cereal, yoghurt, salad or use as ingredient in your recipe for making bread, cookies, cake, etc.
